Sexual exploration with my wife and dipping our toes in

Hi all, I know this has been asked a million times but I wanted to ask again anyway.
My wife has only slept with me and her ex boyfriend. I am pretty experienced with sex and I can’t help but feel my wife is missing out. We have talked about trying a club, MFM, MFF, same room, etc and have tried the Spicer app to gauge what each other would be into.
She is fairly vanilla but has come a long way since we have been together. But I am afraid that she is only saying she is into things because she thinks it’s what I want to hear.
I don’t want to do anything without her wanting to or feeling comfortable.
