Today was my 1st time using the new ultra and I was happy to see the kick tracker worked great. The always on display was very helpful to track in workout progress and the screen is much easier to read for my aging eyes. The data is cool although I don’t quite know what to do with it yet.
I don’t understand how I lost a 25m in this work but I did swim 2k for the 1st time in years so happy to hits that milestone.
The heart rate zone tracking is cool. What is a good training zone for heart rate when you are in the pool?
I attached a bunch of screen shots of the data incase anyone wants to see it. Feel free to provide any tips on how to utilize this data to improve training.
I believe this data rich upgrade is available for all watches with the new watch os.
I have also attached a picture of a truck that I like :)
All and all I like the ultra and if you are looking for a little motivation boost maybe grab an ultra and turn up your intensity.
