Hello fellow swimmers,
Ever since I started working an office job, I've been noticing that I've been gaining weight. My swim routine in the morning hasn't been consistent due to stress and fatigue from work and other sh*t. I stopped making up missed workouts at night because of time management. I've also been eating more (craving a lot of sweets).
I feel so let down since I've reached a point where I was at my most ideal weight, which was around 2 years of consistent swimming and diet, and now it's been only 3-4 months and I feel like I'm just gaining all the lost weight back.
Can you guys motivate me?! Any similar experiences you guys overcame? Any wisdom and motivation?!
I'm really trying to fight this situation before it gets too bad
