Treading water
Post Body

I’m going to a masters swimming class and I’m a relatively new swimmer. I can comfortably and confidently swim from one end of the pool to the other but I just realized when I figured out we’ll be in a deep pool where My feet don’t touch that I’m not the best at treading water. Should I skip out on this class until I learn how to properly tread water or will my instructor kind of help? I’m just really excited to go and I’m hoping for the best
