Used to swim in high school

I swam from 4th grade all the way through 9th grade (stopped at age 14-15, currently 20), I have toyed around with making different kinds of workouts and trying to swim at least once a week. I was wanting to divide it up into different focuses for a different workout. Cardio, Technique, Endurance, and Muscle focus. Any advice you have would be welcome as I make these workouts!
