Made a silly mistake, question on swimming with injury?
Post Body

Me again :|

A few days ago I posted this: http://www.reddit.com/r/Swimming/comments/33dagt/a_few_beginner_questions/

I said that I got extreme calf cramps. The cramps have now gone away, but I can still feel something wrong, and when I touch my calf it hurts. This happened because I did not warm up properly and started off way too fast! Fellow newcomers beware.

I will not swim with my legs for a few weeks, until I feel I can swim properly again. I do want to increase my arm/back strength and arm placement, and breathing etc.

So my question is this: Can I swim with a pull buoy? Will this "immobilize" my legs, and not put strain on my injured calf? I would really love to keep swimming in these next weeks, but I do not want to further injure myself.
