Dryland training for the start?
Post Body

Masters swimmer here. Does anyone know of good dryland exercises to work on start form and entry? My regular pool will not allow me to use the blocks to practice this so I only have access to starting blocks when I am able to travel to another city (like maybe once a month).

I have a good vertical jump, streamline, underwaters and all that. What I need to work on is hitting a clean entry and straight line off the dive. Any ideas on how to work on this without actually diving off some starting blocks?
