Hey everyone, I'm getting back into swimming and my suits from my old training days no longer fit. The swimwear I have that does fit is not meant for training or chlorinated water. I've been on HRT for a few years now, so my body has shaped out a bit and I have a full set of breasts, but I haven't had any bottom surgery yet, so I still have to deal with suit issues there. Does anyone have recommendations for suits/brands that are both affirming and functional?
I've been looking into 2-piece training suits since that gives me freedom to mix and match the tops and bottoms. I've been looking into TYR and Jolyn as a start. I really like the stuff I'm seeing on Jolyn, it's super chlorine resistant, the colors are fun, and believe some of the tops could work great for my body. As for the womens' bottoms? I'm really not sure... I was thinking maybe some kind of brief-style bottom or short jammer-style could work? Would it even make sense to try considering a men's bikini bottom with the women's tops, since I know that would give me the clearance/coverage I seek?
I've seen other posts about 1 piece suits as well, and tech suits, and I'm not keen on a tech suit at all. The womens' 1 piece suits I've been looking at look like they don't have enough coverage at the bottom.
