Any idea how to make these underwater headphones more comfortable?

I use these for training so I can hear my coach but they really hurt around my ears. They're not broken and I am wearing them right so anything I could do?

I got them through my coach and they're from a brand called dorado. They're pretty good I think, the volume is very good and the clarity doesn't cause any problems, you can only use them if they're paired with the walkytalky thing that comes with it though 😔😔😔
