After all my years of swimming, I only have one problem which I just can't seem to solve.
Post Body

I get dizzy doing flip turns. It's something that affects me pretty badly in and out of the water, I just can't spin around once without feeling lightheaded. Now that doesn't mean that in the heat of a race I wont do a flip, I do know how to do it, it's just after a few (1-3) I'm not feeling so good. Any tips on how to up my resistance of dizziness or some way to mitigate the dizzy feeling in the pool?
