Is this good? 1750m of breaststroke in 45mins. I’m a 36 year old male.
Post Body

So I started swimming regularly over the last 5 months. When I started, swimming 500m breaststroke tired me out, and it took me 45mins to just do that!

Now, with breaststroke I’m at 1750m in 45mins 5 days a week and I’m wondering if that’s a decent workout and time for an amateur like myself.

I’m also slowly working on other strokes like front crawl etc, but my ‘best’ stroke right now is breast. It’s a slow journey.

Thanks for any perspective! It’s appreciated!
