Do you think Swain is too strong right now?

I just got mastery 7 on new swain (never played the old version) and I'm loving him! I saw the rioter who worked on him say he thinks the current version is a bit too strong and needs some number tweaks, but according to win rates he is only at around 51% (hardly egregious) as dedicated swain mains, what do you guys think? Is he in a good spot? Does he need some nerfs?
