I think RoA is overrated. The catalyst passive doesn’t give any meaningful sustain to you. You have passive for hp regen, and you hardly receive any mana from catalyst. RoA also takes time to scale.
With [Lost Chapter Protobelt] (3400g), you reach your spike 5 min earlier than [RoA] (2700g). You have 10% CDR and a dash active for waveclear, escape or chase too. 2955 HP, 656 AP (with deathcap), 30�R, insane chase potential at level 18.
