Why is Swain's Ultimate being destroyed?

Just... Why? His main problem is NOT his Ultimate, it's how his basic abilities can obliterate someone when used together (Hitting all of them at once can just melt someone). I know, a RoA-Zhonyas-Visage Swain is damn hard to kill and does a lot of damage, but guess what: He's not the only champion that can do that. Take Darius, Garen or Tank Ekko for example, all of them can deal a lot of damage while surviving for a lot of time, but you can't counter any of them by just buying a 800g and dealing one autoattack every 3 seconds. To make it short: Don't destroy his ultimate. Nerf him, but don't gut him.
