March 30 RevU had an offer 998sb to purchase a flashlight for $6.95(free shipping). I was just charged $79.99 by gps tracker deal.com and when I called them they said it was for shipping and I would get a refund when I sent the flashlight back and the guy hung up on me. Anybody else have an $80 unexpected charge?
