Hello,

About a year ago I redeemed $200 in Ebay gift cards from swagbucks, but the never worked in the balance checker or in the cart on ebay. I was bummed out and accepted I got scammed for $200. I recently contacted ebay support and they say they froze the card and needed documentation for the cards being mine, so I set them the email recipt from swagbucks and the screenshots of the digital gift cards themselves.(I'm sure I contacted legitimate ebay support and did not get scammed). However, just today ebay suspended my account and claimed they couldn't verify the cards were mine. Do I have any recourse through either swagbucks or ebay, or am I basically SOL at this point, which I've basically accepted?
