My gift card has not been delivered yet...

Last Monday (Sep. 12, 2016), I ordered a $25 Landry's gift card to use on an upcoming trip to Orlando. Fast forward nine calendar days (I'm aware that they only count business days), and I still haven't received it yet. Before I redeemed my SB for this card, the longest time I've waited for a GC was seven calendar days. Should I contact Swagbucks about this, or should I wait it out? Thanks!
