How do games on Android track to SB?

I'm normally an Apple user, but recently got an Android. I tried one game and it never ended up tracking. I downloaded Candy Crush Saga about a half hour ago, and I'm almost to the first milestone and it hasn't started tracking yet, or even shows that I've installed the game.
How does tracking on Android work? If it doesn't start tracking, how long should I wait before submitting a request ticket?
