MyPoints Offers Not Always Pending/Tracking

The SB site doesn't work well for me, so I use MP
Offers usually show in Visited, but not always in Pending after I've done the deal. I give it a few days to see if it will show up, then try to get some help.
I'm convinced from the words and terms they use that all reps are offshore somewhere. The first reply is generally gibberish no matter how much detail I put in the claim.
After the second or third attempt, they'll credit for the offer, but I can't figure out why they don't track to begin with.
