Why is this happening with Swagbucks mobile?

I am using an iPhone 11, it’s updated completely up to date with no issues, I even found the game in the App Store, but no matter what deal I click on it just brings me to this, and I can’t download it from here, if I download it from the store itself I don’t think it’ll count towards points do I need a computer to be able to download it? My laptop broke down recently so I can’t do that anymore, anyone else have this issue? Literally every deal on the discover page is doing this
