So the other day I posted about how the theater is still not up and I got some asshat saying "it's never gonna open up the city won't allow public sex!" So here's some knowledge for your brain. If you blow somebody in a Denny's parking lot? That's in public. The reason it's illegal is because people don't consent to see it and kids may very well see it too. But if you're in a private place, with clear consent given? Like, say, buying a ticket to see porn? That's not illegal! A private venue with no chance of minors seeing anything? It's on the level and they aren't gonna give a shit at city hall. This has been a public service announcement. Also this group is listed as fresno suzies but still people from Stockton. C'mon y'all.
