Race. Can I set notifications to vibrate only? (no vibration & sound)

As per title. New Suuntuo user, coming from Garmin. I am receiving mobile notifications but I would like to set it so that the watch ONLY vibrates. I would like to disable the ‘ding’ that comes by default.
