Is there an easy way to for colonists to move themselves amongst domes?

I can barely keep up with the matianborns that keep popping out and I am having to move them one-by-one into another dome. I have a shuttle system but I still need to keep moving them one-by-one. The domes are too far away for a tunnel or passages and it’s getting out of hand
