Has anyone ever had this issue ? It looks as if itโ€™s unthreading from the inside and I donโ€™t want to damage it by tearing it down. Is there an easy way to open this up or am I going to have to send it in to SiteTech? So far no connection issues or lost signal. Just loose antenna

Oh man. Just had one of these and sent back to our Trimble supplier as the unit was not that old. After a battle between our Sales rep and the Service department they finally admitted it was a design/build fault and re-attached the internal nut under warranty.

We'll just open it up and do it ourselves next time, not worth the stress.
