You can download the form for the PSM from the Queensland Globe service online. It's handy for location survey control round the area of interest. This one hasn't been visited in a while so doesn't have surveyed coordinates on the current datum.

That's at least a couple of cartons in today's market! Being installed quite a while ago (1992 by the form) it was probably enough of a deterrent at the time.
It's changed to "penalty units" now which changes with inflation and greed. Current rate per penalty unit is $154.80 so if it's a couple hundred penalty units - not cheap. I think even tampering with pegs is 100 units.
