so I've been lurking around on here and I finally pulled the trigger but I got a massive question before it even gets here

Thankfully it's nothing bad regarding the bike itself but more like I'm trying to see if it's actually here and not just sitting in said FedEx warehouse waiting to sent back (cause god forbid they do their only job right)

So what I'm wondering is did anyone else get a bunch of numbers for their tracking ID instead of the usual 10-12 (which is fine on my part in terms of tracking) and did the number Luna reference to call (866)393-4584 have trouble trying to track said package for some particular reason

If so what did you do to make sure you received your bike to your door?
