Looking for a traditional/gestational surrogate

Aloha from Hawaii!
I am a 29 year old guy and due to personal reasons is really important to me to have a child. I am deeply in love with my fiancé, but due to medical/personal reasons birthing a child may not be an option for her. We have been looking towards surrogacy.
Is there anyone out there that would be interested in being a surrogate?
Has anyone found a surrogate and how do you know them/find them? I'd like to here your thoughts or just see if anyone says yes?
