I was recently in a Fraser Health hospital with my dad in the ER . I'd like to send a short thank you note to the nurse who took care of him as he was great, but I'm not sure how to go about this.
Can any nurses jump in here to let me know where generally I should send/drop this off. How to address it so it goes to the right person ( I have a first name).
Also, if you're open to it I'd love to hear any things a patient can do that makes your experience as medical staff easier when working with general patients in hospital. I'm not that familiar with the ins and outs of that ecosystem, and unfortunately I think I'm going to become more intimately acquainted over the next few months. (Last question is more for nurses and hospital staff in general vs ER)
TIA :)
