A word of warning on the rise of aggressive drivers on the highway. What would you guys do here?

Coming back from work last night heading east on Highway 1. I merged on around Renfrew stayed in the center lane around midnight.

Around Coquitlam IKEA area I saw a silver lifted silver truck coming fast behind me in the rear view - Ram or Chev - had the letters 44 on the right side of the rear window.

This jackass had full high beams on plus these yellow fog lamps on full - blasted past me doing 160 blinding us.

This was the kicker - when I flashed him - he had attached some kind of illegal LED lamp underneath the rear of his truck that he fired back at everyone behind him - this thing was worse than a light and highly dangerous as it was meant to blind drivers.

Has anyone else come acrorss this idiot before? I'm looking for witness to file a police report as this behaviour was reckless. Anyone who puts one of these on their cars is out to cause problems for people.
