Greetings everyone,

I have a surface dock 2 connected to Book2.

Only one monitor works. The RJ45 input isn't working.

I have Ugreen USB-C to HDMI cables connected. Sadly, the monitors I have at work do not have DisplayPort, so I can't test that method.

I tried updating the firmware, but nothing happened.

Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Edit 1: somehow, I managed to get the network port to work. Also, the USB-A ports. But not the second display. It recognizes a second monitor, but nothing shows up.
