Surface Pro 7 Camera Not Working

Im just wondering if anyone has had this issue with there camera when using windows hello. The issue is that when i unlock the device it just stays on and doesn't work until a restart or shutdown. And also when im doing meetings using camera after use it will bsod this happens off and on.
