My Surface trade-in status is still stuck on "waiting for device" even though I sent in my old device (Surface Laptop 1) three weeks ago. I already contacted the trade-in support but they basically told me "the promotion team doesn't have any contact with the center where the devices are checked". I followed up asking if you don't get an arrival confirmation but haven't received any answer in over a week.

So I guess my question is: when did you send in your trade-in device and what's the current status of your trade-in?
