I'm using the 15" version and I'm noticing so many subtle issues with this thing that I am about to send it back and buy the new dell xps instead. Windows seem to flicker with poor performance when switching

• alt tab feels delayed whenever I haven't used it in a while

• the machine appears to occasionally lock up (mouse won't move) randomly for 5 seconds sometimes

• long webpage appear to scroll very sluggishly

• builds in android studio seem to take horribly long to run

• the air shooting out the left appears cool, but the back of the screen appears to be getting quite hot under normal usage with android studio... is this normal?

• I've also already had one BSOD within 2 weeks of owning this thing

Are these a problem with the surface hardware (https://www.nextpowerup.com/news/39785/surface-book-2-test-reveals-throttle-charging-and-slow-response-time-issues/) or I have also heard it could be issues with the windows creator update? I basically have two days left to return this back to amazon and I already placed an order for the dell xps - hopefully I am not making a mistake? Anyone else noticing these issues?

EDIT: looks like I'm being downclocked? That's almost 50%!

EDIT AGAIN: Here is the real problem! In the screenshot aboe I noticed the value was actually fluctuating and did frequently go up to max value, but here after having used in in tablet mode and plugging in back in, the MAX VALUES have actually decreased significantly!
