The PDF document also states that the new Surface Pen is compatible with the Surface Pro 4 & Surface Book "with restrictions". Probably means that tilt functionality is supported (like claimed on the Microsoft Store Website) but the lower pressure activation (10g instead of 21g), lower latency etc. won't work.
