Post Body

So the Microsoft Store in Tampa at International Mall just told me that after 7 days of 'testing' my Surface Pro 3, they find no fault in it and that the issue is a known issue with Bright house cable and internet. They have also said that I need to take it up with Brighthouse. (the issue is that wifi keeps dropping). Now, This being said, I explained that i've also had this on my parents network which is AT&T. Their reply was "I don't know, but it's Brighthouse". I'm picking it up tomorrow and going to try it again. I've had 3 different routers, including one of my own, and i've tried at multiple providers but they insist it's got to be Bright houses fault. No logic in this at all. Obviously, i'm not happy. Anyone know of anything else I can do here? I currently have a $1200 word processor. I've only had this thing for about 4 months.
