What gear would y'all recommend for targeting leopard sharks in Nor Cal and the SF Bay?

Something like this or this seem like good rod/reel combos. Paired with 40-50lb braid and a 50-80lb leader and 4/0-6/0 hook? Or am I WAY off the mark?
