So someone filed a restraining order against me after I did against them. I get a phone call from a number 2 times and so I ask who it is. They say my friend's name. They asked who this is and I say a fictional characters name. They said oh I thought this was (my name). I google the number and apparently it is the daughter's phone but she is in jail. I am going to talk to a lawyer, but have any of you dealt with similar situations and how did it pan out? I was not aware who it was but thought it was weird they used my best friend's name but I already have a shit posting text group with him and he is not living here.

Update: It happened again, but this time they tried to call my grandparents from a TextNow number.
