So they accused me of all sorts of stuff (burning down my own house, yeah I guess I am the joker baby!). However I have not been on contact with my accuser in 3 months and I plan to kick her to the curb. The grossly exaggerated (I like to watch porn at late night but they put themselves in the room and say I like to flash myself... despite turning up the TV and also hear the accuser fuck all night long while the kids are in bed... Yeah go figure). But on a positive note I have a judge that seems balanced as pro father (and pro mother when need be). There is some substance screeching that she handed the kids over to the abuser and that she responded the kids for being disrespectful. I am hoping that this flows over to more than just pro father and is balanced overall (also apparently there was a case she provided over that mom got custody and the kid ended up dead). Have any of you seem positive signs when you went for a restraining order hearing? Also I have been out of the house for 3 months with the clothes on my back and so it seems like there is little need for the order as I have only been back to serve the eviction.
