About Me:

I am a Texan with small-town roots, currently enjoying my time in the city of Chicago. I moved to Chicago to continue my medical education as I am a medical student! This is my 3rd year in medical school, so I have more schooling to go. Otherwise, I have a South Asian heritage, which adds a touch of cultural richness to my life.

Hobbies & Interests:

While shared interests are a bonus, I value a genuine connection above all. Here’s a bit about my interests:

• Movies: I love movie nights and frequently host them with a selection that ranges from "Inception" and "Godzilla Minus One" to classics like "The Thing" (1982), "Whiplash," and "Shutter Island." Movie nights come equipped with a selection of snacks and drinks: popcorn, peanuts, cashews, ice cream (Talenti, Ben & Jerry's, Häagen-Dazs, etc.), takeout, and more.

• Cuisine: I enjoy exploring various cuisines at restaurants and trying new recipes at home. Thai, Mediterranean, and Ethiopian are my favorites. My comfort meal is Mac n' cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. I am an amateur cook, but I can make a mean chicken tikka.

• Staying Active: I balance my love for food with running, walking, and lifting. You might find me on Bloomingdale Park Trail or strolling through Union Park.

• Other Interests: I enjoy reading, board games, video games, and learning new languages. Albeit, my desire to read has diminished since I am inundated with reading material. I love the strategy and fantasy of board games. I prefer working together rather than against each other. I think learning languages is fun and a good way to bridge the gap between people. It would be awesome to converse in different languages and have our secret dialogues. Êtes-vous d'accord?

Personality:

My personality is reserved and adventurous yet playful when comfortable around someone. I am a homebody at heart, but I still enjoy venturing out. I strive to go the extra mile for my partner, and I am an extremely affectionate person. My displays of affection include meaningful gestures such as cards and poems, flowers, remembering the little things, making meals, massages, physical touch, and more.

Physical Description:

I have mid-neck-length, subtly curly hair, usually clean-shaven but sometimes with well-maintained stubble. My complexion is caramel, with dark brown eyes, a slim-to-average physique, and I stand 5'7".

About You:

I am searching for someone who values a healthy and active lifestyle while taking care of themselves physically. I want someone who is very affectionate, and I appreciate a slightly clingy partner—it’s nice to feel wanted. Vulnerability is key for me, as it fosters a deeper connection. I value companionship and reciprocity, appreciating mutual effort and understanding. Open-mindedness, calmness, kindness, and versatility are qualities I find attractive. Physical attraction is important, but everything above is more important.

• Religion & Politics: I'm not religious but open-minded about all faiths. Politically, I avoid polarizing views, valuing independent thinking and the evolution of my beliefs.

• Kids & Pets: I've decided not to have children to focus on my partner, hobbies, and career. I prefer not to have pets, but I am willing to accommodate them.
