Obviously one should do his own dd but help a smooth brain out. It does matter if George E. Sherman stays on the board of directors because then his shares won’t be sold back into the market thus as long as he stays as director he is being forced to diamond hand? Does it matter with any other members? If I vote against a member will it be hurtful to the MOASS?
