I couldn't sign ion to my FIDELITY account this morning. I have a joint acct with my husband (he is the primary, but I am the one who uses it), and when I tried to log in, I was told I was locked out. When I call Fidelity, I was told I had to make a separate account so that Fidelity knew which one of us was logging in and doing trades.

I asked why it is now such an issue, since I've done ALL the trades without issues, and I was brushed off. WTF is going on?!?!?!?

Edit 1: Can't log into Fidelity Active Pro with either screen names
