If GME decided to buy bitcoin with the reserve money - not another company - they really don’t have to say anything until the next earnings report, correct?

Or, are they required to immediately disclose? I don’t know how this works with companies, but seeing that MSTR does it to their benefit - let’s discuss.

If they did this, right after the last earnings and they purchased bitcoin at an average price of 56k… they technically could have purchased 74k bitcoin, right? This be the shuffle?
