Call and make it known that these small fines are not acceptable. It’s the cost of doing business. If you break rules over and over again you need to be shut down. I spoke with someone and told them I was shocked at this small fine for billions of errors in the span of 4 years. Citadel broke 3 separate finra rules and nothing happens. Call and voice your concerns. These guys are supposed to protect citizens against injustices commited by civil officials.
