How many shares does GameStop have left for offerings?

So forgive me if my memory is wrong on this but didn’t we vote to give RC these shares a few years ago? If we did how many did we approve? How many does GameStop have left before they would need a vote to approve more? The 45 million, the 75 million and the 20 million puts us at around 140 million sold. I’m wondering if RC was wanting to clear out everything we approved before the market crashes. He hasn’t spent anything yet and with this strong earnings there is even less reason to spend the now 4.5 billion GME is sitting on. If GME is really out of shares to put on offer is it possible we’re really close to the crash and the greatest buying and acquisition opportunity of the last few decades? Any information you can post to the comments would be helpful.
