Edit 2: I should have clarifiedāhis posts never specifically mentioned the Class A NEW. The fact that brokers suddenly changed the name yesterday got me thinking about how his posts detailed all the ways our company has outlined in their filings how they could fuk with the SHFs. Thatās why I connected it to his previous DD.
Edit: Typo
Original OP ItsssYaBoiiiShawdyy posted some incredible deep dives into the May 17th filings that I believe deserve way more attention. He mentioned trying to post an update last night but ran into some issues. Given the extensive research he did on the filings, I think his possible DD still holds strong, especially in light of the latest developments.
I know some people are brushing off the new naming in the brokerages as a "nothing burger," but after reading through what OP discovered in May, my tits are jacked. These filings, coupled with our company's movements, point to some serious potential action, and his analysis might offer a bigger picture of what's going on.
His original post is long but absolutely worth the read. It's packed with incredible insights thatāll make you want to dive straight into the second part. Seriously, if you're in need of some high-quality analysis to get you excited during this info drought, this is the post to dig into. Itās well worth your time, and honestly, it got me absolutely jacked!
š§ TL;DR for Part I:
After 3 years of silence, Gamestop has dropped a reverse UNO time-bomb on shorts, and I donāt think weāve fully grasped just how massive it is. Their plans to end abusive short-selling are now out in the open, and the details in the filings hold the answers. More apes need to look into this. All we have to do is HODL and let Ryan Cohen and the team work their magic. This plan is precisely timed and will be executed with surgical precision. The shorts are fuk. To be continued.
š§ TL;DR for Part II:
If you read Part I, youāre already jacked. Hereās what comes next: Gamestop is going to protect its shareholders through a series of new, private, non-dilutive security offerings that we get first dibs on. These will be backed by our current and future holdings. Cash/non-cash dividends from the sale of those securities (units) are on the table, forcing shorts to either pay up or close. MOASS is inevitable.
Why this post is important:
- The new naming and structure of securities might not be the nothing burger many are claiming. Based on OP's detailed deductions from our own company/bank filings, thereās much more going on here. The potential impact is huge.
- The analysis digs deep into the filings released on May 17th and offers fresh insights that may have been overlooked by other DD. This isn't speculationāthis is a well-researched breakdown that every Ape should read.

There hasnāt been much new info today, so itās the perfect time to revisit and dive deep into this DD. Let's give it the time and attention it deserves. My tits are fully jacked, and yours will be too once you read these posts!
