I think I figured out this meme. The cat mask actually shows the number 15. From June 9, 15 days later is June 24. The day he will make the heist. You know what he did that day. A lot of his memes are predicting of future events, as a self fulfilling prophecy. Either he is from the future and he knows how it will play out, or he just lay out his plans years in advanced and stay on course.
