I think we could all easily argue that any of the main angelic antagonists had enormous impact on the boys, as well as of course Crowley, Yellow-Eyes, and the other main demons.

But leaving out those obvious characters, and in the interests of a more challenging discussion, which antagonist (monster or human) do you think during the last 10 years has most significantly impacted the boys' journey? Could be a positive or negative impact, but think in terms of lasting effect or influence. Be sure to explain your answer - don't just name a baddie or^{those^{horrible^bugs}}
