ok, it happened YESTERDAY, 100lbs gone
Post Body
My starting weight was 489 and yesterday was 388.8
My recent low was 389 just before covid, but a messed up surgery impacted all my good behaviors. Then Covid, then laziness. But recently, I decided....freaking do it.
My rules?
- Stop making excuses. 1500 calorie day most of the time, 2000 cals 1x or 2x per month. Weigh food in grams before eating it and store in an app (I used mfp)
- intermittent fasting, smaller window, less calories go in.
- Keto like, high protein
- lifting 20lb weights every hour or 9x per day while at work. This gets muscles working and consuming fat...and my body thinks so blood gets flowing and my heart rate is elevated for 30 minutes or so...my body is acting like a work out.
- learning that hunger=fat consumption so the longer I can deal with the hunger, the more fat gone. I am reframing what "hunger" means.
- I also cut Diet Snapple from my list. its only 10cals and I only drank maybe 5 per day...but I think the sweetness kicked me into storage mode. I am ok with out it.
To anyone who thinks they cant...you can. 160 to go.
