This past week was meh for me. I didn't do great on some exams, but it could be worse I guess. I did do ok diet wise, and I killed it exercise/activity wise. Also got to 3 yoga classes this week so that was good.
This upcoming week I am excited about the opening of a health food co-op in my town. I can't wait to browse the aisles there. I'm not excited about running mock codes in nursing lab at school this week.
What about you guys? How was last week? What are you excited about this week? Doesn't have to be weight related, but it can be weight related too. What are you not excited about? Doctors appointment, work deadline, exams, long meeting, filing taxes..
