I'll start.
This past week was pretty good. I had my first yoga session on Tuesday and love love loved it. I went again yesterday. School was hard, clinicals were hard but I can admit it was not quite as bad as I had built up in my head. I was off point on my diet; not horribly, but it could be better. I had family in town that I haven't seen in forever so that was nice! And another cold winter January week is behind us which brings us one week closer to spring.
This coming week I'm excited about the 3 yoga sessions I have booked. I'm dreading some nursing school exams though.
